We are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all customers and staff and we continue to adhere to all Covid-19 safe practices and guidelines.
All of our plumbers and staff continue to follow the necessary precautions, playing our part in stopping the spread of Covid-19.
This includes:
✓ Staff staying home if they are unwell; seeking medical advice where applicable;
✓ Wearing masks in social settings.
✓ Frequent handwashing and or alcohol-based hand sanitiser;
✓ Sanitising work areas, including phones, iPads and all other commonly handled equipment;
✓ Minimising contact with other staff and customers
✓ Rescheduling work when a customer is unwell, undergoing home quarantine.
You can also have peace of mind that all our plumbers on site are doing all they can to keep you safe.
This includes:
✓ Asking and/or identifying any vulnerable customers before entering;
✓ Cleaning and sanitising any workspace upon completion;
✓ Maintaining 1.5 social distancing and avoiding physical contact where possible;
✓ Wearing PPE and masks where applicable
✓ Cleaning tools and equipment at the start and end of every job
